Course Objective

: To give general informations abaout international criminal law As a special and significant area of the criminal law and teach to the students the international jurisdiction authories, the sanctions of the international courts and detailed information about their working area and in order them to use these all informations in their proffesional life.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to express the international extends of the criminal law
2   Being able to express the references, historical backround and the main principles of the international criminal law
3   Being able to associate the judgement authorities and the criminal courts of the international criminal law.
4   Being able to evaluate the international criminal courts in the aggregate (organs, terms of application, manner of work, desicion methods)
5   Being able to determine dedicately the types of the international criminal courts at the founding agreements

9 Ancient Yugoslavia international criminal court, Nurmberg international criminal court
10 Tokyo international criminal court, Ruanda international criminal court
11 International criminal court and the Rome Status
12 The offences in the founding agreements of the international criminal courts
13 General repatation
14 Midterm
