Course Objective

There have been important developments throughout the ages in the area of transportation vehicles and technologies. The object of this course is evaluating effect of these developments to legal system. It will be evaluated that in general terms `Conveyance at world. In addition to this, transportation policy of European Union will be introduced. Also, it will be related that Turkey's adaptation process to European Union transportation acquis. Turkey's position in transportation system, its history, executive organs, legal status, infrastructure and environmental influences will be discussed. Thus, it will be procured that students versatile thinking. In this course we will also analyse judicial decisions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to ensure dominance to notions and establishments of Conveyance.
2   Be able to identify the notions of Conveyance.
3   Be able to consider and evaluate the academic works, judicial decisions and legislation about this course.
4   Be able to procure the tracking of current developments about this course.
5   Be able to solve the problems in real life about Conveyance.
6   Be able to analyse abstract and tangible problems about Conveyance.
7   Be able to advance solutions for doctrinal problems.

7 Multiple transportations
8 Counterparties of contract Obligations of Counterparties
9 Intermediaries of transportation
10 Transporter's responsibility for damages
11 Transporter's responsibility for default
12 Rules that apply to disregards about transportation Solutions for disregards
