Course Objective

Capital Markets Law, the capital markets increasingly important in the world and in our country, introducing comparison of other markets, intermediaries that operate in these markets, the legal nature of capital market instruments traded in these markets will be discussed. In addition, the capital markets by examining the concrete implementation, monitoring and evaluation of judicial decisions on the subject intended. I will make an impact on how the new law of the capital market in particular to examine whether the TCC.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to provide the domination concepts and institutions of capital market law.
2   Be able to define the concepts of law and determine the extent of the capital market.
3   Be able to analyze scientific studies which are written about the course and evaluate judicial decisions and legislation.
4   Be able to ensure the recent developments related to the course.
5   Be able to solve the problems in real life about the course.
6   Be able to analyze abstract and concrete problems related to the course.
7   Be able to claim original opinions in the field of capital market law.
