Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to generally present how the criminal law interfere to the economic life.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to express the relationship between economy and the criminal law.
2   Being able to confirm the reflection of the principles of the criminal law to the other areas of the life.
3   Being able to confirm the legal value theory
4   Being able to express the economical crimes in the TCC and seperate them from other offences
5   Being able to express the offences at the special criminal laws.
