Course Objective

The objective is to examine the characteristics of maritime and press labour in the scope of working conditions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the fundamental concepts and principles in maritime and press labour law
2   To be able to clarify maritime and press labour law in terms of positive law and international agreements
3   To be able to solve the disputes in maritime and press labour law in the scope of judicial decisions
4   To be able to discuss the regulations of maritime and press labour law in consideration of doctrine critics
5   To be able to propose solutions to the deficiencies arising from the legislation on maritime and press labour law
