Course Objective

The aim of the course is to evaluate the rules and practices of the Labour Law in the light of current developments.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning the basic concepts of the Labour Law
2   Understanding the rules of the Labour Law in force
3   Determining the recent problems arising from the employer-employee relationship
4   Resolving issues concerning the labour relations in the light of jurisprudence
5   Assessing the collective labour relations in the context of comparative law
