Course Objective

To examine whole outline of the Administrative Law which regulate the public law relations administration and individuals or administrative units among themselves and the Administrative Procedure which applied to administrative proceedings.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain the resources of administrative law and administrative proceedings law
2   To distinguish the field of application of administrative law and the task field of administrative courts
3   To explain the structure and functioning of administrative judicial organization
4   To compare non-judicial and judicial supervision ways of administration
5   To explain administratice procedures which are subject to judicial review by comparing action for annulment and full judicial actions and distinguishing administrative actions and administrative contracts
6   To apply administrative proceedings by explaining the period of administrative proceedings in point of plaintiff, defendant and court from bringing an action to conclusion of action

6 Public officials and public goods
7 Powers and responsibilities of the administration
8 Non-judicial and judical control of the Administration
9 The administrative judiciary( The council of state, administrative and tax courts ) and military administrative judiciary
10 Task field of administrative courts and conflicts of jurisdiction
11 Action for annulment and full judicial action
12 Administrative proceedings and properties; stay of execution
13 Evidence and legal remedies of administrative proceedings
