Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce for the students the basic concepts and institutions of Private Law of Obligations and to provide information of the basic and general Liabilities Private Law

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain the concepts of Private Law of Obligations
2   Be able to interpret the rules of Private LAw of Obligations
3   Be able to introduce the connection of Private Law of Obligations with other branches of Law
4   Be able to determine the application of the rules of law for the settlement of disputes concerning Private Law of Obligations
5   Be able to explain the applicaiton of the Supreme Court concerning Private Law of Obligations
