Course Objective

The objective of this course is to introduce what kind of a type of knowledge the logic
is and to point out the place and importance of logic in judicial decisions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of the course, the student will be able to distinguish logic from other type of knowledge,
2   to know basic principles and conceptions of traditional logic,
3   to analyze the judicial decisions in terms of the principles of logic,
4   to adapt the principles of logic to the judicial decisions and to evaluate them in terms of the principles of logic,
5   to explain the place and importance of logic in judicial decisions.
