1 Consepts of Obligation and Obligation Relation - The rights and obligations of obligaion relation.
2 Subject of Obligation and Claim: The concept of the Act - Types and Properties oft the Act.
3 Liabilities arising from Legal action - The concept of legal action
4 Concept of gain and cause - the problem of the commitment to cause in the saving process and especially abstract acknowledgement of debt.
5 Contractual obligations
6 Form of contracts
7 The reasons for nullify of contracts
8 Practical work
9 Midterm Exam
10 Fulfillment of Obligations (parties, subject, place execution time of acts)
11 Results of performance failure to act
12 Liabilities arising from tort - Imperfection liability
13 Faultless liabilities
