Course Objective

Traffic Law under the headline, in an incident that occurred in traffic, legal responsibility in accordance with both private and criminal law of someone who caused occurrence are examined; assessment of responsibility for Highway Traffic Law according to private law; examination of responsibility for traffic offence and minor offense according to criminal law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to tell varieties of responsibility in the private law under the Highway Traffic Law.
2   Being able to assess responsibility that is the most important variety of responsibility in the private law of someone who operates motor vehicle.
3   Being able to express the traffic ofeenses, the sanctions applicable to the traffic crimes and the procedure relating to the traffic offenses.
4   Being able to act in a delibrative manner about the daily legal problems relating to the traffic.
5   Being able to distinguish the traffic offenses and the traffic faults.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Danger responsibility of someone who operates motor vehicle and conditions of the responsibility according to the Highway Traffic Law.
2 The other varieties of the responsibility according to the Highway Traffic Law.
3 Invocation of general provisions according to the Highway Traffic Law.
4 Insurers and Social Security Administrations responsibility for an accident
5 External relationships between aggrieved and someone who is liable for an accident.
6 Apportionment of damages between persons in charge.
7 The role of the criminal law on the highway traffic.
8 Reckless homicide and the reckless injury.
9 Endanger the security of the traffic, reckles endanger the security of the traffic.
10 The sanctioned acts in the Higway Traffic Law.
11 The judgement of the traffic offenses Determination of the rate of the alcohol in the blood and the breath in the criminal prosedural law.
12 The dark area relating to the alcoholly driving cases.
