Course Objective |
This course stresses the importance of career development model, provides students with an opportunity to learn and know about oneself in order to develop a practical career plan. The course includes topics such as self-assessment, career interests, career values, work style preferences, career vision, career direction. The course is designed to help students to understand their personality types, skills, abilities, their strengths and weaknesses to develop, which in turn are used to identify areas of strength and areas to develop in their career plans. |
