Course Objective

Knowledge of the structure and basic rules of grammar of Persian which is the language of poetry and literature and to read and understand some religious texts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will understand the importance of Persian in Islamic culture and civilization.
2   They will know the Persian alphabet and its features.
3   They will learn the basic rules of grammar of Persian.
4   They will learn some examples of everyday spoken language.
5   They will read and understand simple level Persian religious texts.
