Course Objective

To handle that Fıkhu'l Hadis is the ultimate target of the sciences concerning with hadith, is important to decide on soundness of a hadith for deriving a sentence from it.
To show the role of hadith in the different views of Islamic scholars, the relation between Hadith and Fıqg and its daily reflections.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student will learn practise conditions of hadithes
2   Student will learn the value of hadith in the point of views of Islamic sects' Imams and the relation of Fıqh and Hadith
3   Student will learn the role of hadith on the different ideas of imams
4   Student will grasp that hadith is the source of other islamic sciences and when hadith does not exist, no other science Islam exist
5   Student will learn the nature of different jurisdicial ideas raising in the course of history by anlayzing moral hadithes

1 The necessity and place of hadith in the religion and their value for Imams, relation between fıqh and hadith
2 Necessary Conditions for practising hadithes, the problem of practise and action regarding unsound hadithes
3 To decide words of hadithes
4 Meaning of fıqh'ul hadith and careful reading of Nisaburi's Marifet u ulum hadith
5 Continuation marifet u ulum hadith
6 'If a hadiths is sound, it is my way' this sentence and its meaning also its explanation and supporter imams of this idea
7 the problem of is being a hadith sound enough for practising
8 Midterm exam
9 Arguments raised from different undestandings of hadiths by scholars
10 Hadith knowledge of Sect Imams, were they surround all of hadith literature by their knowlege
11 Different ideas about practising unsound hadithes among sect Imams
12 Examples about jurisdicial difference between sects regarding some hadith in Tirmizi and Ebu Daud concerning rituals
13 Examples about jurisdicial difference between sects regarding some hadith in Tirmizi and Ebu Daud concerning 'daily rules muamelat'
14 Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi Sünen'lerindeki 'juridical conflicts between sects ukûbât'a examples of the judgments in the context of the hadiths
