Course Objective

To learn main thoughts of philosophers on the basic issues of philosophy such as existence, knowledge, virtues and so on.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will learn main thoughts of philosophers on existence throughout history of philosophy.
2   Will analyze main thoughts of philosophers on existence throughout history of philosophy.
3   Will identify main thoughts of philosophers on virtues throughout history of philosophy.
4   Will not discuss each movement or philosopher independently but make comparisons and contrasts between all.
5   Will also see the positive impacts of learning the history of philosophy for the education in theology.
