Course Objective

To analyze efficiency at firm and industry level.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine production process of the firm and industry via production function.
2   To be able to develop a strategy for competitiveness at the level of firm and industry.
3   To be able to explain decomposition of productivity and efficiency in the process of competition and to determine the differences between productivity and efficiency with the results of application.
4   To be able to analyze balance sheets and to process data.
5   To be able to perform application for productivity and efficiency measurement methods (DEA, SFA).
