Course Objective

It is aimed to give info about judicial side of international relations. In this concept, course aims to make student gain a general international law culture

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Definition of international law and analyse its location among law disciplines
2   Being able to explain international agreements, common law and international jurisdiction decisions in terms of the sources of international law
3   Being able to know subjects of international law
4   Being able to discuss about reasons and scope of diplomatic privileges.
5   Being able to array the principles dominating maritime law
6   Being able to solve problems and conflicts of international law
7   Being able to analyze usage of violence in international law
