Course Objective

Expressing theoretical framework of the fiscal policy and examining its relationship with macro economic aims within the context of the economic role of government

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Associating basis of existence of the fiscal policy with govermental economic missions and Associating the fiscal policy with economic policy
2   Explaining objectives and instruments of the fiscal policy basically and explaining the conflicts between them
3   Analyzing assessments of the fiscal policy in basic economic approaches
4   Explaining the theoretical constructs of the fiscal policy associated with resource allocation, economic stability, economic development and income distribution with the examples
5   Interpretating the fiscal policy practices and results in developed and developing countries within the context of the theoretical, institutional and practical
6   Explaining the fiscal policy practices of Turkey in historical process and interpreting the results of practices in globalization process.
