Course Objective

Teaching main customs regulations and practices particularly Customs Act 4458 and secondary legislation.

4   To interpret Customs Duties and other financial measures with explaining.

7   To classify by explaining other procedures and accessions types approved by customs
8   To explain how Customs Legislation Works in Practice

4 The elements related to Customs Duties and other measures prescribed for implementations related to trading of goods
5 The procedures that have to be done for goods during entry and exit of Customs Territory of Turkey.
6 The procedures and accessions approved by Customs
7 Customs Regimes (Entrance to Free Movement Regime, Transit Regime, Bonded Warehouse Regime)
8 Midterm Exam
9 Midterm Exam
10 Customs Regimes (Inward Processing Regime, Processing Regime Under Customs Control, Temporary Import Regime, Outward Processing Regime, Export Regime)
11 The other procedures or accession shapes approved by Customs ( Free zone Implementations, re-export, destruction and abandonment)
