Course Objective

Government budget is the main financial tool to provide information about the contents of both theoretical and technical aspects, and thus cause-effect relationship in our country within the framework of budgeting is to make a detailed analysis of the process.

8 Performance Budgeting System, Program Budget System and the PPBS
9 Goal Based Management System, Zero-Based Budgeting System
10 Performance Based Budgeting System, and various Country Practices
11 Concept and Process of Multi-Year Budgeting
12 Applications in Various Countries Multi-Year Budgeting

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Lecture and presentation slides with the help of theoretical issues to be addressed and need to be processed and up to date at the discussion of issues and evaluations will be supported.
