Course Objective

The evaluation of Financial law, tax law, and debt is an important sub-branch of law other than the law which is the source of the Public Expenditure and spending detailed analysis and legal arrangements might be called the legislation.

2   To explain the relationship between public spending law with other disciplines.
3   To explain the sources of public expenditure law.
4   To classify the public sector.
5   To evaluate the sources of financing of public expenditures.
