Course Objective

Summary presentations on topics that may be necessary to explain the field of economics in English and introduce students to the basic concepts of economics in English.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Classify the goods and services offered by the government in English 2   Privatization methods to identify and sort out the concept of privatization in English 3   Describe the basic principles of currents of economic thought in English 4   Identify the concept of regulation and describe examples of the types of regulation in English 5   Sort out the basic indicators of human development in English and interpret these indicators for Turkey
