Course Objective

It is presenting rheoritical bases of public finance policy and analysing the relations among macroeconomic aims in the framework of State s economic role.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Demonstrating mastery of public economic terminology by defining and discussing the terminology as well as applying it to current events;
2   Discussing the criteria for evaluating market based and government based solutions to society s needs and wants;
3   Examining the reasons and rationale for public spending policy changes.
4   Analyzing public finance from a number of perspectives, including managers, policy makers and economic researchers.
5   Applying economic and finance concepts to current policy problems
