Course Objective

This course aims to explain all human resource management topics and methods including analysis of tasks that require human resource, planning appropriate work force for these tasks, recruitment, training and career development, performance evaluation and compensation.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to define the meaning of human resource management
2   Ability to prepare job descriptions that include job reqiurements and characteristics
3   Ability to explain various tests to assess candidates and how these tests can be used
4   Ability to compare different performance evaluation methods
5   Ability to explain the importance of career development and life-long learning
