Course Objective

This course will provide information about the marine transportation to the students.

1   To investigate the relationship of ferry transit activities with other transportation modes.
2   To describe the main parameters of ferry transit.
3   To analyze the service quality of ferry transit.
4   To calculate the ferry and dock capacity.
5   To associate the ferry transit with other transportation nodes.

70% attendance to the course will be required. Writing instructions of the term paper and Topics will be send to students at the beginning of the term.
