Course Objective |
Objectives of this course are: To make the students understand the integreted circuits, current, capasitance, bands, bonds, semiconductors, bariers, junctions, transistors, crystallography, crystalline defects, diffusion, ion implantation, thermal oxidation, chemical vapor deposition, metallization, phase diagrams, reaction kinetics, energy bands, wave behavior, heterostructures, heteroepitaxy, assembly and packaging. Have a first hand experience about the topics of these systems through laboratory experiments and semester projects. |
