Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give chromatographic techniques, basic principles of chromatography and applications

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Have knowledge about the basic concepts related to chromatography;
2   Classify the chromatographic techniques;
3   . Have knowledge about thechromatographic methods used at qualitative and quantitative analysis;
4   Have knowledge about Absorption Chromatography, Paper Chromatography, Thin Layer and column Chromatography, Ion Exchange Chromatography, Gel Filtration Chromatography and Gel Permeability;
5   Have knowledge about High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Electrophoresis, Gas Chromatography
