Course Objective

The class aims to interpret the geochemical problems confronted with the magmatic, metamorphic and sedimentary rocks and learning the interpretation of analyses.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   It can characterize the rocks and their contents formed the earth.
2   It can classify the occurrence environments of the rocks with respect to their geochemical analysis results.
3   It can select the mineral and rock analysis methods.
4   It can interpret the mineral stability fields.
5   It can interpret the water-rock interaction results.
