Course Objective


Within the context of this course, fluid inclusions existing in transparent ore
minerals, gangue minerals and rock-forming transparent minerals and their formation
will be explained. These fluid inclusions will be classified in accorddence with their
compositions and formations. Calculations of geothermic parameters or approximation
properties (P,T, X) or will be done for the mineralization, metamorphic, magmatic and
sedimentary environments. The use of fluid inclusions in exploring petroleum and orebodies
will be elaborated
