Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to give theoretical knowledge about Arc physics , Plasma , Applications of plasma and Surface treating with plasma . In this course, using of these techniques in industry are also taught by giving examples.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Teaching of arc physics, plasma and plasma properties.
2   Teaching of high power plasma welding and it s applications.
3   Teaching of plasma spraying welding and it s applications.
4   Teaching of plasma welding and plasma cutting.
5   Teaching of plasma nitruration and alloy obtaining with plasma.
