Course Objective

The objective of this course is to give brief information about the basic principles, application areas and design phases of sea outfalls.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will have information about the marine environment where the discharges is made
2   Students will have information about the dillutions and dispersions occur in marine environment as a resut of discharge
3   Students knows how to determine the discahge point
4   Students will have information about the stabilty of submarine pipes
