Course Objective

This course aims to discuss the use of computer aided design in design process and in urban design. The students are expected to understand how urban design is touched by the digital world.

1   Understand the applied value of 2d and 3d models in urban design research and practice
2   Being able to criticize various digital analyses methods in urban design
3   Being able to conduct a research to understand the applied value of computer aided design in urban design
