Course Objective

Environmental corrosive factors that cause deterioration in natural building stones. Deterioration types and values in natural building stones. Methods of determining durability, deciding the usage areas according to stone types.

9 Durability in natural building stones and the effect of material characteristics of natural building stones.

13 Effects of the material properties of natural building stones on their durability and determinig proper area of usage according to their material properties.
