Course Objective |
Business Process Management combines aspects of understanding and analyzing different types of business processes, and then uses a variety of approaches and techniques to improve the quality and increase the effectiveness of those processes. The engineering students who are working at industrial companies or who will apply to industry should possess strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills and have a respectful skepticism for the status quo. They have a strong desire to understand and improve cross-functional processes in order to reduce costs and/or improve the quality of goods or services. They are able to select and apply current information technologies to streamline processes and improve product flexibility and service times. |
