Course Objective

The objective of this course is to evaluate the concept of occupation with all of aspects and to determine its related facets with competency concept. On the other hand, to constitute the theoric framework related to career managament and process and to relate the profesional competencies with career managament are among to objectives of this course.

2   To describe ability and competency concepts, to relate it with occupations
3   To analyse basic competencies required for various occupations
