Course Objective

It is intended to examine the structure and development trend of human resources in Turkey at macro level. The effects of population growth and demographic properties on working life and its future will be examined and interpreted. Accordingly, statistics on working life produced by Turkish Statistical Institute, Ministry of Labour, International Labour Organization and Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.

2   To be able to identify and analyse data on working life.
3   To be able to render results of national and international labour surveys.
4   To be able to search and interpret statistical databases regarding working life.
5   To be able to make assessments on the future of working life.

11 Wage studies (MESS, Mercer, HR Journals etc.)
