Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to analyse individual in working life from psychological view and to provide students the ability to assess the relationship between psychology and ergonomics.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to comprehend psychological effects of work life on individual
2   Being able to evaluate psychological problems which effect quality of working life and productivity.
3   Being able to explain worker's health and safety problems and their solutions
4   Being able to evaluate the effect of work environments and conditions on work happiness
5   Being able to understand the conditions which ensure coherence among work, environment and individual
