Course Objective

It is aimed to examine the works of thinkers who have important impact on the political and administrative thought world and put forth their effects.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to interpret the ideas of the thinkers
2   Being able to interpret by taking into account the period at which thinkers have lived
3   Being able to evaluate the role of being played in the analyze and observations of thinkers in the emergence of the present case and events
4   Being able to have information about great thinkers of the world of thought
5   Being able to discuss about the formation of the modern political and administrative structure and process.
