Course Objective

The aim of this course is to comparatively analyze offences against the reliability and functioning of the public administration in the Turkish Criminal Code.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to define crimes against the reliability and functioning of public administration
2   Be able to identify legal interest protected by the crimes against the reliability and functioning of the public administration
3   Be able to analyze types of crimes according to the elements of the crime
4   Be able to explain special appearance forms of the crimes against the reliability and functioning of public administration.
5   Be able to distinguish between the types of similar crimes.
