Course Objective

It is aimed to understand the role of Constitutional Courts, which are the most important institution in the realization of supremacy of the constitution, in modern democracies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain reason of existence of constitutional review.
2   To ascertain method of inspection of Constitutional Court.
3   To outline norms under the control of Constitutional Court.
4   To make comment on scope and effects of judgments of Constitutional Court.
5   To determine effectiveness of individual application way.
