Course Objective

Settlement issues emerge as the main problem affecting the urban and rural habitats. In particular, housing problems that occur in the urban areas due to the concept of immigration causes an unhealthy urbanization. Urban transformation is an option that has been improved for the solution of this problem. Besides rural areas are at risk of deterioration as a result of the expansion of urban areas. In this course, settlement issues occuring in both rural and urban areas and transformation practices will be analyzed in a multi-dimensional way
