Course Objective

To make students be able to analyze process of urban renewal that is more often everyday among local policies, and relate those applications between their own local administration s policies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to analyze administration on urban renewal.
2   Students will learn institutional operation on urban renawal.
3   Students will be able to discuss changes in the lesgislation.
4   Students will be able to explain relation between globalization, urban renewal, residential segregation.
5   Students will be able to analyze applications of various countries.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Theoretical basement will be formed by the instructor. Student is supposed to analyze an article which is written in different language and also prepare a work in an optional topic and present it.
