Course Objective

In this course the media, politics and government relations are examined. Assessing the impact of media on international politics and the general public.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to understand the relationship between media, politics and government.
2   Being able to analyze the media in democratic and non-democratic countries.
3   Being able to understand the role of the mass media in democracies.
4   Being able to understand the importance of the media in democracies.
5   Being able to understand the structure of the media in Turkey.
