Course Objective

Analyzing the environment of logistics and maritime transport through the perspective of law norms.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning the environment of logistics and maritime transport;
2   Analyzing the environment of logistics and maritime transport through the perspective of law norms
3   Learning and applying the international and national transport norms
4   Understanding the possible problems that can occur while applying the law norms
5   Solving the possible law related problems in logistics and maritime transport sector and sharing the solution in written/oral forms.

6 Multimodal systems and sub topics (Multimodal, Intermodal and combined transport)

8 National and international sources of transport law -Analyzing transport law according to Hague, Hague Visby and Hamburg Regulations
9 National and international sources of transport law -Analyzing transport law according to CMR
10 National and international sources of transport law -Analyzing airway transport law according to Warsaw pact
11 National and international sources of transport law -Analyzinf railway transport law according to CIM-COTIF
