Course Objective

With this course to students in the world and in Turkey in the constitutional movement, the historical development of constitutional law and constitutional movements aimed to teaching

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The European Convention on Human Rights Seeing the impact of the system and domestic law, able to compare with Turkey
2   In particular in the system and the political freedoms of thought and freedom of association to perceive the legal position
3   The classification of the meaning of fundamental rights and the fundamental rights and the legal regime of the Turkish constitutional system to comprehend.
4   1876-1908-1924-1921-1961 and 1982 Constitution drafting process and the constitutional order brings learning to make the comparison.
5   The development of constitutional law in Turkey, to learn the movements of Constitutionalism
