Course Objective

This course aims to help students observe practices directed to mother and new born in pregnancy and postpartum period and develop clinical experience.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To array women s problems related to pregnancy and postpartum period
2   To be able to provide sufficient care within the multi-disciplined team
3   To analyse the signs of danger in pregnant and mother health and their relationships with each other.
4   Sequence-specific problems in the neonatal period
5   To provide an integrated care for the patient in clinical environment and present reports in written
6   To use research results in practice in order to develop nursing care
