Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable students to examine the basic skills that are required for manager nurses theoretically and practically.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student can discuss basic skills that are required for the manager nurse.
2   The student can make a connection between the management theory and nursing services management.
3   The student can discuss the theoretical knowledge about the nursing services management.
4   The student can discuss the use of informatics system in care management and the whole managerial processes.
5   The student can discuss the theoretical knowledge related with human resources in nursing services management.
6   The student can transfer the theoretical management skills to the operation of nursing services management.
