Course Objective

The aim of this course the acquisition of basic knowledge about cancer research laboratory, introduce new technologies and related laboratory methods and thus their thesis and research projects associated with analytical studies will continue.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Capable of outlined in general laboratory rules and working instructions can Express.
2   . Capable of outlined in the analysis methods of types of PCR, microarrays, hybridization, flow cytometry, cytotoxicity, apoptosis can express.
3   Be able to adapt the methods of laboratory analysis of the underlying
4   Be able to apply the basic methods of sample preparation
5   Be able to apply the methods of RCR, RT PCR, cytotoxicity, apoptosis.
6   Be able to research and ınquire about the work of cancer cell culture.
7   Be able to critically evaluates the published literature in the field of cancer research and adapt their own applications
