Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to achieve a necessary understanding of the globalization after 1980s, globalization, modernization, nation state and Turkey, free market economy and Turkey, globalization and economy, social and cultural problems, the developments in the European Union, and the relationships between Turkey and the European Union.

8 The Turkish membership in the European Union as a part of Ataturk s external political objection
