Course Objective

To evaluate the traditional labor economics approaches with its psychological dimensions. To understand that how the labor market actors behave and that effecting factors of irrational behaviors. To examine the psychological factors in labor market actors decisions.

1   To explain the theories about behavioral labor economics. 2   To evaluate the labor economics theories in behavioral dimensions. 3   To adapt the labor economics theories to behavioral labor economics. 4   To develop the behavioral labor economics theories. 5   To make empirical researches about behavioral labor economics.
